Welcome, I’m Jayne! With a Ph.D. in Clinical-Health Psychology from Yeshiva University’s Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology, I bring over 7 years of experience to my practice. I am currently based in New Jersey, and serve as a Staff Psychologist at a university counseling center.

In my approach to therapy, I center the therapeutic relationship and aim to empower clients through insight-oriented care. My style is grounded in client-centered principles, emphasizing radical genuineness and drawing from interpersonal and relational-cultural theories. Certified in Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Enhanced CBT for Eating Disorders (CBT-E), and Eating Disorder Informed Professional Care, I offer trauma-informed care tailored to each individual. I am deeply committed to Health at Every Size, Intuitive Eating, and providing social justice-oriented care.

At this time, I am not providing psychotherapy services independently; I am only providing psychotherapy to students in my current role within university counseling. I currently offer consultations on trauma-informed eating disorder care, as well as educational resources and workshops. Feel free to reach out for any questions or inquiries about working together.
